About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will facilitate community involvement opportunities, promote connections, assist individuals in discovering new interests, and help with personal care as needed. You will have the autonomy to plan and implement engaging activities, and you will be responsible for daily data collection while contributing to DSC's mission.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to drive a company van and complete required trainings.
- Sufficient physical stamina and mobility to push, pull, and lift.
Preferred:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are encouraged to apply.
