Your responsibilities will include facilitating group activities, monitoring residents' progress, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a residential setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic documentation.
- Must pass NM Department of Health background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for the rights and privacy of individuals in a residential setting.
