You will also develop positive relationships with guardians and family members while fostering independence in the individuals you support.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; Associates or DSP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
