About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging children through play, movement, and hands-on activities. You will maintain a clean and safe therapy space and be part of a supportive team that celebrates progress and growth.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare or mental health roles such as QMHP or behavioral health technicians
- Experience as a camp counselor, paraprofessional, caregiver, or life skill assistant
