About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide transportation for program participants, maintain positive relationships, assist with skill building, and advocate for individuals' needs. You will also be responsible for completing required documentation and attending mandatory trainings.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required, experience in a relevant human service field preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Acceptable driving record and CORI/Fingerprint checks are required at all times during employment.
- Ability to assist individuals with personal care needs.
Preferred:
- Knowledgeable about community resources to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
