About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional I - ABA, you will be responsible for delivering intensive direct support services to children in their home environment. Your duties will include role modeling, training parents, promoting individualized service delivery, and assisting children with self-help and social skills. You will also maintain ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the child's progress.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience working with children/adults in a special health care, education, or recreation setting.
- Driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study.
