About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional II, you will support individuals in making independent decisions, teach daily living skills, implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs), administer medications, and advocate for individuals' personal goals. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, including training and supervising other staff, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
- CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required (paid training provided if needed).
- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Compassionate and patient approach to care.
