About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help individuals reach their personal goals and live meaningful lives. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, and providing transportation. You will create a safe environment, advocate for individuals, and support their social engagement and personal development.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Compassionate and patient when supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a caregiving role.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your career.
