About the Role
As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will assist in behavioral and personal care services, support individuals in learning life skills, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment. You will also coordinate with other departments, provide leadership during shifts, and support the Program Manager with various tasks.
About You
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy for electronic documentation.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings and certifications.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Preferred:
- Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
