Summary
Right at Home Lima is seeking to hire a Direct Support Professional to join their dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home.
About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assisting with prescribed exercises.
About You
Required:
- Experience in personal care activities.
- Ability to assist with daily living activities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Hoyer lifts.
- Knowledge of range of motion exercises.
- Experience in companionship and light cleaning.
