Required:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
- Capability to assist with daily activities, housekeeping, transportation, and community interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in caregiving, social services, or a similar field.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
