About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare, mental health roles, or as a caregiver
- Ability to engage actively with children during therapy sessions
