About the Role
As the Director/Sr. Director - Health & Safety, you will be responsible for leading a safety and security team, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will set strategic direction for safety initiatives, manage safety metrics, and represent the company in safety matters before regulatory bodies. Your role will also involve developing training programs, overseeing safety departments, and collaborating with various business functions to embed safety in all operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience in a manufacturing health & safety role including managing people for 10+ years.
Preferred:
- Master's degree with 10 years of experience in a manufacturing health & safety role including managing people for 7+ years.
- Proven leadership with expertise on standardization and change management.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety programs and regulations (OSHA, FRA, NRC, etc.)
