Additionally, you will be responsible for performance evaluations and quality assessments of the pulmonary and critical care staff.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Preferred:
- Leadership education training.
- Experience with quality initiatives programs and program development.
