About the Role
As the Director, you will provide end-to-end leadership of regulatory and capital markets initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against regulatory commitments. You will manage multiple workstreams, translate regulatory requirements into executable plans, and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. The role requires strong capital markets knowledge and the ability to synthesize complex information for reporting and decision-making.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, regulatory management, remediation, or related roles within financial services.
- Strong experience working with regulators, regulatory exams, consent orders, or supervisory remediation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP).
- Solid understanding of capital markets businesses and supporting functions.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality executive and regulatory reporting.
