About the Role

As a Director - Industry Banker - Franchise and Restaurant, you will proactively work with Middle Market bankers to deliver industry expertise and guidance to clients, provide structuring and credit insights, and maintain a pipeline of industry transactions. You will coordinate with product partners to ensure a collaborative approach and help generate new opportunities within the Middle Market.

About You

Required:

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in Corporate or Commercial Banking.
7 years or more of successful track record in recommending and cross-selling banking services.
5 or more years of strong credit and structuring experience.
Ability to travel for client meetings and pitches.
Bachelor's Degree or 5 or more years' experience in a commercial banking Middle Market sales role.

Preferred:

Master of Business Administration Degree.
Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Effective partnership with credit and risk colleagues.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
