About the Role
As the Director - Litigation Support, you will lead the litigation support and docketing teams, create policies for service delivery, manage vendor interactions, and ensure compliance with eDiscovery protocols. You will also be responsible for budget management, client invoicing, and collaborating with attorneys on litigation-related tasks.
About You
Required:
- Eight (8) plus years of litigation support experience.
- Experience managing a diverse group of individuals in a virtual work environment.
- Ability to explain technical issues/concepts in plain English to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, customer service, and listening skills.
Preferred:
- Juris Doctorate preferred; prior experience litigating cases in state or federal court from inception to trial.
- Relevant e-discovery certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Certified E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS).
- Experience with litigation technology including Relativity, Everlaw, and others.
- Experience with budgeting and pricing of litigation support services.
