About the Role
As the Director of Mechanical Projects, you will ensure that facilities solutions projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead project management teams, oversee day-to-day project delivery, support operational systems improvement, manage resources, provide technical expertise, and champion safety and compliance.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical / industrial construction or facility services, with at least 5 years in senior project or operations leadership.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects with full financial accountability and consistent margin performance.
- Strong operational expertise in project execution, forecasting, estimating review, and risk management in a fast-turn service environment.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing Project Managers and field teams while driving accountability and performance.
- Track record of championing safety, compliance, and disciplined execution across all phases of work.
