About the Role
As a Director, Private Credit Origination, you will be responsible for sourcing, originating, and structuring private credit investments, developing relationships with financial sponsors and corporate borrowers, leading transaction execution, and mentoring junior professionals. You will also represent the firm at industry events and contribute to the evolution of origination strategy.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or related areas.
- Proven track record of originating and executing private credit investments.
- Deep understanding of credit structuring, financial modeling, and transaction negotiation.
- Strong network across private equity sponsors, advisors, and corporate finance professionals.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
