About the Role
As the Director of Account Management, you will lead Mastercard's partnership strategy for the Business Banking segment, developing initiatives to enhance client acquisition and portfolio growth. You will cultivate relationships with key bank stakeholders, execute integrated marketing initiatives, drive innovation opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to advance business initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Deep understanding of portfolio dynamics and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in consultative sales and driving tangible sales to meet business targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data to inform strategic decisions.
- Superior presentation and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the card and payments landscape, particularly in business banking.
- Ability to navigate complex issues across multiple stakeholders independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of bringing clarity to evolving opportunities.
