About the Role
As the Director of Accounting - PTR, you will oversee the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, ensure timely and accurate monthly accounting close activities, and manage accounting variance analysis. You will lead multiple teams responsible for financial records from various system platforms, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, GAAP, and IFRS requirements. This position also involves developing and maintaining internal controls, implementing new accounting policies, and partnering with operational teams to understand changes affecting financial results.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Minimum of 7 years of people management experience with a proven record of successfully leading and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification.
