About the Role

As the Director of Adhesion Investment Program Management, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class marketplace experience for advisors and asset managers by streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority product management initiatives and lead a team of product managers to achieve strategic goals.

About You

Required:

10+ years of experience in financial services with product development experience in asset management or investment platforms.
Deep understanding of the asset and wealth management industry, including trends in products and programs.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, including public equity, fixed income securities, and private markets.
Solid understanding of Broker-Dealer and RIA distribution channels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding people leadership and culture-building skills.
Superb skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred:

MBA and CFA preferred.
