About the Role
As the Director of Application Development, you will lead a team in transforming designs and ideas into innovative products, supporting internal stakeholders by bridging design, engineering, product development, and implementation. You will be responsible for team leadership, continuous learning, and managing automation projects while ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in relevant skills in a similar role.
- Proven experience leading software development teams and technical specialists.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Basic knowledge of microservices stack including .Net, Java, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and SQL/Oracle/Postgres.
- Experience with DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies.
