About the Role
About You
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
- At least 5 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel
- At least 5 years of experience in law practice focused on privacy, ad tech, and product counseling
- 8+ years of experience in law practice focused on data privacy and security laws, including regulations like CCPA
- 8+ years of experience focused on the legal aspects of ad tech, including online tracking technologies and affiliate data sharing
- In-house product counseling experience supporting ecommerce, mobile apps, payments or software products and/or agreements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams
