About the Role

As the Director of Behavioral Supports for Children with Exceptionalities, you will support the Executive Director in achieving strategic outcomes, establish a vision for the Special Education department, create training pathways for educators, and develop systems for data-driven support. You will also manage compliance work streams, evaluate programming effectiveness, and collaborate with general education leaders to enhance behavioral support for students.

About You

Required:

Master’s degree or higher in Exceptional Education or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in school administration or equivalent.

Preferred:

Experience working with Exceptional Education or ENL populations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
