About the Role
As the Director, Business Unit Strategy & Operations, you will partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive strategic priorities, prepare executive materials, lead business planning processes, manage cross-functional projects, facilitate leadership meetings, and craft internal communications for key initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in sales, business operations, commercial strategy, or general management.
- Proven track record of driving results in a hands-on business role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- Management consulting experience.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree.
