Lilly is seeking a Director - Case Management Medical Review to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves conducting comprehensive medical reviews of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and providing technical leadership within Case Management and Global Patient Safety.
About the Role
As the Director - Case Management Medical Review, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of global regulatory reports, conducting medical reviews across therapeutic areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing training and mentorship to GPS scientists. You will also oversee operational management, track KPIs, and ensure audit readiness.
About You
Required:
- PhD with 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and clinical trial experience, or BS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
Preferred:
- Advanced medical related graduate degree (DVM, PharmD, PhD, MSN) with 1-3 years of experience in a related scientific field.
- Clinical development or pharmacovigilance experience.
- Strong clinical/diagnostic skills and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
