About the Role
As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, aligning priorities and tracking critical initiatives. Your responsibilities include synthesizing complex marketing topics into clear narratives, creating executive-ready presentations, and engaging stakeholders to elevate awareness of marketing initiatives. You will also co-develop success metrics and support talent management initiatives within the marketing team.
About You
Required:
- 7-10 years of experience with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Exceptional executive storytelling and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Marketing teams.
- Proven project-management capability.
