About the Role
About You
- 7+ years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, category management, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data.
- Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ etc.) is required.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing teams.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and structuring recommendations with limited information.
