About the Role
As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical trials, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. You will drive process improvements, manage resources, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines. Your responsibilities will include mentoring a team, developing standard operating procedures, and overseeing monitoring strategies for clinical trials.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing global clinical trials from study design through regulatory submission.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
- Experience with GCP inspections/audits.
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Smartsheet.
