About the Role
As the Director of Communications, you will develop and execute Cadent's internal and external communications strategy, serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and build scalable communications frameworks. You will own the internal communications strategy, lead external corporate communications, and ensure alignment of corporate narrative across all channels. Additionally, you will define KPIs for communications effectiveness and deliver executive reporting on communications impact.
About You
Required:
- 8–12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Strategic Communications, with leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or complex B2B technology environments.
- Proven success building internal communications strategies that support culture and organizational change.
