Summary
Good Insight is seeking a Director, Community Housing Programs for the District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH) to oversee operations and service delivery for key programs in Washington DC.
About the Role
As the Director, Community Housing Programs, you will provide strategic oversight and problem-solving for DASH's Empowerment Project, Project Empowerment, and Right to Dream programs. Your responsibilities include developing program workplans, managing programmatic escalations, ensuring compliance with grant agreements, and fostering partnerships with service providers and community stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years progressive experience in housing, domestic/sexual violence services, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and survivor-centered approaches.
- Experience supervising teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to develop partnerships with landlords, service providers, and stakeholders.
