About the Role
About You
- 10+ years of consulting and industry leadership experience in the utilities and energy sector.
- Deep domain expertise with software and technology platforms used in the industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a pipeline of $5M+ and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Experience managing P&Ls and financial performance.
- Strong experience managing and motivating teams of 15+ consultants.
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago or nearby client sites at least 4 days per week.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Existing relationships with utilities and energy producers.
- Experience speaking at industry events and contributing to thought leadership.
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as distributed energy resources and grid analytics.
