About the Role

As the Director, Consumer Partnerships & Strategy, you will spearhead consumer research and strategy capabilities, manage P&L responsibilities, and lead the development of sustainable partnerships. Your role will involve analyzing competitor strategies, monitoring consumer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

About You

Required:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic roles within the consumer technology or fintech industry.
Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and leading high-performing teams.
Deep expertise in the competitive landscape of the tax and personal finance industries.
Strong analytical capabilities with a history of leveraging data for strategic decisions.
Exceptional business acumen and results-orientation.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications in consumer products.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
