About the Role
As a Director, Customer Success Management, you will be responsible for orchestrating all Signature deliverables, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and helping customers achieve their business goals on the Salesforce platform. You will provide proactive guidance, manage high-severity cases, and ensure a unified experience for customers who have purchased the Signature Success Plan.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, or solutions architecture.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
4+ years’ experience in management consulting services.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
