About the Role
As the Director of Cyber Security, you will develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, identify and mitigate risks, oversee incident response plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will also manage the cybersecurity budget and foster a culture of security awareness within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior cybersecurity role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in threat intelligence, risk management, security architecture, and incident response.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
- Ability to stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies.
