- 12+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analytics fields.
- 6+ years of experience managing data teams.
- Deep expertise in customer success analytics, VoC methodologies, and data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Qlik, Tableau.
- Extensive experience in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with agentic development (MCP, agents, orchestrators).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems for business impact.
- Familiarity with customer success, tax, B2B, fintech, or voice of customer domains.
