About the Role
As the Director of Deposit Operations, you will oversee all functions of deposit operations, including ACH operations, compliance, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance member experience, manage vendor relationships, and implement policies to mitigate fraud. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff development and ensuring operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Eight (8) or more years of similar or related experience with supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Deposit Operations and regulatory requirements.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of higher education with six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Certifications such as AAP, APRP, NCP, or Lean Six Sigma.
