About the Role
As the Director Distribution Data Officer, you will be responsible for leading data quality initiatives, executing the enterprise data strategy, overseeing data governance practices, and aligning data capabilities with business objectives. You will manage data steward squads, ensure compliance with regulatory policies, and contribute to the overall data strategy as a member of the Data Operating Council.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading data quality initiatives and executing data strategy within a domain.
- Strong expertise in data governance frameworks, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree, PhD or other advanced degree.
- Experience in managing and mentoring data steward teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities with experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
