About You
- 7-10 years of experience in related roles.
- Experience in developing strategies for internal communication that enhance employee engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience managing internal communications channels and/or platforms.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Confidence with Canva and experience in design.
- Experience and confidence as a facilitator, especially in online meetings.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $105k–$115k.
