About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 15 years of progressive technical experience in engineering.
- 8+ years of management experience in engineering or related technical fields.
- Understanding of the engineering development lifecycle across multiple engineering disciplines with a focus on Software and Controls Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile execution, DevSecOps, and development tools.
- Must have a current or active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 15 years of progressive technical experience in engineering.
- Active or current TS/SCI security clearance.
- 10+ years of management experience in engineering or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of business development and capture strategy lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management/Control Account Management (EVM/CAM).
- Experience addressing program risk through an analytical forward-looking approach.
- Experience in operational organization effectiveness and implementing best practices.
- Experience with 'Issue & Problem Resolution' including root cause analysis.
