About You
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in technology roles with at least 6 years in IT leadership positions.
- 6+ years of experience in governance, planning, or strategy roles focused on biopharma.
- Strong knowledge and experience with data, AI/ML, reporting, and analytics projects in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong project management and resource planning skills.
