About You
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of leadership experience, or a high school diploma and 7 years of environmental services leadership experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of leadership experience in environmental services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in healthcare.
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma or other similar performance improvement systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead work groups or project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
