Summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Director, Epidemiology to join their team in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA. The role involves leading epidemiology research strategies to support R&D and commercial objectives.

About the Role

As the Director of Epidemiology, you will be responsible for defining and executing epidemiology research programs, contributing to regulatory submissions, leading benefit-risk assessments, and advancing the use of real-world evidence across the company. You will also assist in the development and growth of the department and contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures.

About You

Required:

Doctoral degree in Epidemiology or related quantitative discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or a Master’s degree in Epidemiology with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in identifying the value of epidemiologic evidence across the lifecycle of assigned products.

Preferred:

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational process improvement or change management initiatives.
