About the Role
As a Director in the ERM team, you will lead projects focused on casualty accumulation and catastrophe modeling. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the casualty data ETL process, analyzing and visualizing casualty accumulations, collaborating with data engineers, and supporting the development of catastrophe scenarios. You will also lead AI-driven initiatives for automating risk processes and contribute to Group-level ERM reports for senior executives and regulators.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in P&C (re)insurance, with a focus on casualty.
- Proficiency in R/Python and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree required (preferably in STEM).
- ACAS/FCAS is a plus.
