Summary
Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Director Facilities, Maintenance, and Energy to lead facility operations, maintenance, and energy strategy across their healthcare sites in Pittsburgh, PA.
About the Role
As the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Energy, you will oversee system-wide leadership of facility operations, maintenance, and energy management. Your responsibilities will include managing human resources, budget management, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and optimizing building performance. You will also be involved in hiring, coaching, and developing staff, as well as overseeing hospital facilities operations and maintenance, energy optimization programs, and work order management systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, facility management, business administration, construction management, or a related field, or 7 years of relevant experience.
- 7 years of experience with multi-site operational leadership in a healthcare setting.
- 5 years of experience managing facility information management and building automation systems.
- 5 years of experience in multi-site management of facility infrastructure, including maintenance programs.
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- OSHA 30 Hour certification within 6 months.
- ICRA 8 Hour certification within 6 months.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, facility management, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager.
- Certified Facility Manager.
