About the Role
As the Director of the Field Tools Center of Excellence, you will report to the Lead Director of the U.S. Therapeutics Field Planning & Analytics Team. Your responsibilities include developing future-fit enterprise initiatives, leading the vision for analytical field tools, and managing the strategy and governance for CRM field tools. You will also act as a change agent, facilitating collaboration across teams to enhance field effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in field leadership, marketing, and analytics.
- Prior 3-5 years of experience in field or functional leadership, business management, or consulting.
- Strong analytical experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales analytics.
- Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and fostering an engaged team culture.
- In-depth knowledge of pharma/biotech and healthcare industry operations.
Preferred:
- Understanding of industry legal, analytical, and compliance landscapes; ability to evaluate and mitigate risks.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing organizational strategy in complex environments.
- Exceptional strategic and business acumen to synthesize information and generate insights.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate high collaboration levels.
