Summary
Standex International is seeking a Director, Finance Planning & Analysis to join their corporate team in Fairfield, OH. The role involves driving strategic and operational financial insights across their $400M manufacturing business.
About the Role
As Director of FP&A, you will be a key business partner to the VP Global Finance and senior leadership. Your responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, advising on profitable growth initiatives, and preparing monthly operating results with actionable recommendations. You will also mentor a small team of FP&A professionals and ensure timely reporting through financial planning systems.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in FP&A leadership roles.
- Proven experience in manufacturing finance, with exposure to multi-site and multi-product environments.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to summarize and communicate insights.
Preferred:
- MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
- Experience with ERP (Oracle, JD Edwards) and reporting tools (Power BI, Hyperion).
- International exposure preferred.
