About the Role

As the Director, FLEX Business Segment, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, driving revenue and margin growth, and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, and establish performance metrics to support accountability. This role requires a customer-centric approach and a focus on continuous improvement to foster a high-engagement team culture.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
5 - 8 years of progressive leadership in home improvement or related industries.
Proven track record in profit and loss management and leading businesses across multiple channels.
Sales background with strong selling performance, ideally through frontline sales or key account management.
Experience working with major retailers and e-commerce platforms.

Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to translate channel strategy into executable marketing programs.
Experience managing major clients and key accounts within the industrial sector.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership.
