About the Role
As the Director of Forecasting HIV Prevention, you will be responsible for demand forecasting across brands in the US HIV PrEP business, leading quarterly forecasting, analyzing secondary data sources, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and communicating findings to senior executives. You will also implement opportunities to streamline business operations and drive forecasting innovation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Ten Years’ Experience OR PhD and Eight Years’ Experience.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or related industry.
- Strong prior experience in biotech/pharma demand/revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in storytelling and data visualization.
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
- Evidence of project leadership and project management.
